The Story Behind LightWave
LightWave was born from my many years of experience in metal fabrication and the manufacturing of shopping trolleys. Through that experience, I saw an opportunity to develop a better way to keep shopping trolleys and baskets clean and hygienic without relying on chemicals or creating additional operational mess.
The idea behind LightWave was simple: create a fast, effective and practical disinfection system that could fit naturally into the everyday operation of a supermarket.
Drawing on my hands-on experience in manufacturing, engineering and trolley production, I developed LightWave as a solution designed to make disinfection quick and efficient, while also helping retailers improve customer confidence and provide a cleaner shopping experience.
What started as a simple idea has grown into the LightWave system — a purpose-built approach to trolley and basket disinfection designed around speed, practicality and ease of use.
