Heiðrún Ósk Sigfúsdóttir is the founder and CEO of Catecut, an AI-powered product content platform built for fashion e-commerce. Drawing on her experience across fashion, product development and online retail, she founded Catecut to solve one of the industry’s most persistent challenges: getting accurate, consistent and discoverable product information online at scale.

Catecut’s proprietary AI models analyse product imagery to identify detailed clothing and style attributes, then generate product descriptions, metadata, SEO content, translations and metafields that can be delivered directly to a retailer’s e-commerce platform.

Heiðrún holds a master’s degree and was named Iceland’s Innovator of the Year at the Nordic Women in Tech Awards 2025.
