I bring 25 years of industry experience earned at the sharp end—not from behind a desk, but on the ground where commercial decisions are tested and real results are won. That track record includes founding and building Carttronics Europe Ltd in the UK and Carttronics Australia—now Gatekeeper Systems Australia—from the ground up. Establishing both businesses gave me first-hand understanding of what it takes to grow a venture from a standing start: backing the right calls, moving fast, and staying accountable for the outcome.
